These terms are the agreement between VPNQF and the user regarding the subscription service. Completing registration or placing an order means you have read and accepted this page; if you disagree with any part of it, please stop before ordering.
1. Service Content and Scope
VPNQF provides a subscription service for cross-border access and faster international websites: international routes covering 90+ countries / 220+ lines accelerate access to global websites, cross-border business collaboration and overseas streaming. The service is delivered online as a subscription and involves no sale or shipping of hardware.
Subscriptions come in two forms: monthly plans and data packs. Monthly plan traffic resets each month on the activation date, and when you upgrade mid-cycle the price difference is prorated by the remaining days; data packs last until they are used up, with no expiry date. Prices, capacity and supported platforms are as shown on the pricing page and at checkout. Clients cover Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux, and subscription details and client downloads are all provided in the user panel.
The service supplies network routes only; it neither produces nor hosts any third-party content. Third-party sites set their own access policies and risk controls, and the service makes guarantees about their availability.
2. Account and Subscription Rules
Registration requires no email address — a username and password are enough. Users are responsible for keeping their credentials safe; traffic consumption and configuration changes caused by leaked credentials are borne by the account holder.
A subscription link is equivalent to an access credential. Import it only on your own devices and do not post or share it publicly. There is no limit on simultaneous devices, but one account is for one user only: reselling, renting out or lending accounts or subscription links is prohibited, as is connecting the subscription to a proxy service operated for others.
If the same account opens connections from many different regions within a short period, the system may trigger a risk check; describe your use case through the ticket form in the user panel and access will be restored.
3. Acceptable Use
When using the service, users must comply with the laws of their jurisdiction and with the terms of any third-party service they access. The service is intended only for lawful cross-border access, access to international websites and network acceleration.
The following are prohibited: sending spam, carrying out network attacks or port scanning; distributing illegal content; infringing the intellectual property or personal privacy of others; interfering with or disrupting third-party services; and any other use that violates the laws of your jurisdiction.
If an account is found to be engaged in any of the above, VPNQF may suspend or terminate it, with any remaining subscription handled under the refund terms. Users are responsible for their own conduct while using the service and for its consequences.
4. Availability and Limits of Liability
The service is provided as is. VPNQF maintains its routes and clients continuously and works to keep outage recovery times short, but makes no commitment about the availability of any particular website, app or region. Access changes caused by a third party adjusting its regional policies or risk controls are not service faults.
Problems caused by your local network environment, device configuration or ISP policies can be checked step by step against the troubleshooting guide, or resolved with help through a ticket. For outages caused by force majeure, failures of underlying network infrastructure or changes in laws and regulations, the service will assist within reason to restore access but is not liable for indirect losses arising from them.
Traffic is protected with bank-grade encryption, and users' browsing content and destinations are not logged; see the Privacy Policy for details.
5. Refund Terms
A full refund can be requested within 60 days of the first payment, no reason required. Submit the request through the ticket form in the user panel with your order number — no explanation needed. Orders are paid via Alipay / WeChat / USDT, and refunds are returned through the original payment channel; how quickly the money arrives depends on that channel's processing speed. Once the refund is complete, the corresponding subscription benefits end.
Orders older than 60 days are no longer eligible for a no-reason refund. If the service has a persistent outage that cannot be restored within a reasonable time, describe the situation in a ticket and it will be reviewed manually.
6. Account Termination and Changes to These Terms
VPNQF may terminate an account in the following cases: registering with false information; reselling, renting out or lending the account or subscription link; using the service for illegal purposes or attacks; continuing to breach these terms after a reminder. The reason will be explained through the user panel or a ticket before termination; where serious violations require immediate termination, any remaining subscription is handled under the refund terms.
Users may stop using the service at any time; letting the subscription lapse counts as termination, and any data pack already purchased remains usable until it is used up.
These terms may be updated as the scope of the service changes. Updated versions are published on this page with a date, and major changes are flagged in the user panel. Subscriptions purchased before a change remain governed by the terms in effect at the time of purchase.
Questions about these terms can be sent through the ticket form in the user panel; for account, connection and billing issues you can also check the Help Center first.
