//Plans & Billing
Three monthly tiers: ¥9.9/month for 60GB, ¥18/month for 250GB and ¥28/month for 500GB; data packs are ¥158/300GB, ¥358/1000GB and ¥658/3000GB, valid until used up and never expiring. Every tier includes unlimited simultaneous devices, Alipay / WeChat / USDT payment and a 60-day refund with no questions asked.
//Price Overview
From ¥9.9/month, with Alipay / WeChat / USDT payment and a 60-day refund with no questions asked. The table below puts the three monthly tiers and the three data packs side by side; prices, data allowances and device limits match the cards further down, so you can compare before choosing.

|---|---|---|---|---|
| Starter | ¥9.9 / mo | Monthly subscription | 60GB / mo | Unlimited |
| Standard | ¥18 / mo | Monthly subscription | 250GB / mo | Unlimited |

| Data Pack 3000GB | ¥658 | One-time purchase | 3000GB | Unlimited |
Monthly plan data resets every month on your activation date, not on the calendar month; if you upgrade mid-cycle, the price difference is prorated against the remaining days. Data packs are not part of the monthly reset — they are valid until used up and never expire.
//Monthly Plans
The only difference between the three tiers is the monthly data allowance: 60GB, 250GB and 500GB. Route coverage, simultaneous device limits and refund terms are identical across all three, so picking a tier comes down to estimating your monthly usage.

//Who Each Tier Suits
Suited to one or two people checking information, sending email, scrolling social feeds and watching the occasional 1080p video. A phone and a computer can be online at the same time, with no need to disconnect one to switch devices. The limit is data: once the 60GB monthly allowance runs out you wait for the next reset date or upgrade to a higher tier mid-cycle; long 4K playback will use up the allowance faster.
Suited to two or three people sharing: regular 4K streaming, AI tools, cross-border work and cloud drive sync all fit within this tier. For most households, 250GB covers a month of mixed use. If several TVs stream 4K for long stretches, or downloads run all night, the allowance can still run out early.
Built for multi-device homes and heavy use: long 4K playback, large file transfers for cross-border work, and several devices online at once. Per gigabyte, this is the best-value of the three tiers, and a single everyday user will usually not use it up. If your usage is lighter, there is no need to buy headroom you will not use — the standard tier fits better.
//Data Packs
Data packs are a one-time purchase, valid until used up and never expiring. They do not reset monthly and are not tied to a subscription period, which makes them a good fit for irregular usage or for concentrating use in a specific stretch of time.
Data packs are measured the same way as monthly plans; the only difference is validity. Monthly allowances return to zero on each reset date, while data pack allowance stays in your account until it is used up. In a month with heavier usage, you can simply top up with a data pack. The three packs differ by capacity — the larger the pack, the better it works as a long-term backup.
//Included with Every Plan
Whether you choose a monthly plan or a data pack, everything below is the same — only the data allowance and validity differ.
The three monthly tiers and the three data packs are identical on all of this: same route pool, same device limits, same refund terms. When choosing, you only need to judge by data allowance.

If your monthly usage stays under 60GB, the starter tier is enough. If two or three people share the connection, or you watch a lot of 4K or run AI tools, the standard tier is the safer pick. Multi-device homes and long sessions of heavy traffic should choose the high-volume tier. If your usage is irregular, or you only need a concentrated burst over a month or two, a data pack is more flexible than switching tiers.
//Payment
Alipay, WeChat and USDT are all completed inside the user panel. Once payment succeeds the order status updates, and the plan or data pack is credited to your account according to the type you bought.
If payment went through but the order status has not changed for a long time, first confirm that the payment channel actually charged you, then open a ticket in the user panel with your order number and payment method so it can be checked manually. Do not pay again before the order status is confirmed.
//Refunds
A 60-day refund with no questions asked, available on both monthly plans and data packs. You do not need to give a reason, and the refund goes back to the original payment method.
The 60 days are counted from the day of your first payment. Refund requests are no longer accepted after that point, and a subscription you have already bought remains usable for the rest of its period.
A refund is a safety net, not a trial channel. If you only want to confirm that the routes work from your location, check the routes page and the troubleshooting page first, or start with the lowest monthly tier for a short test before deciding whether to upgrade.
