Six capabilities, audited one by one

A subscription service is judged not by its marketing copy but by six things you can check: peak-hour exit quality, encryption and logging policy, how many devices can be online at once, long-lived connections to AI tools, streaming region detection, and the refund terms. Each item below says what problem it solves and how it is done, so you can compare it line by line with similar services.

01

Peak-hour exits take priority

Peak-hour bottlenecks usually sit not in your local bandwidth but in congested exits and roundabout paths. VPNQF's 220+ routes are scheduled in regional groups: traffic toward Asia is placed on dedicated-line exits first, keeping the round trip for cross-border access as short as possible. The client picks the least congested exit in your current region by default, and you can also switch manually in the region list. Weekdays from 20:00 to 24:00 are the busiest hours for cross-border links, and stability then depends on whether an exit is exclusive — dedicated-line exits are not shared with other traffic, which is the precondition for staying smooth at peak hours.

02

Bank-grade encryption and logging policy

Traffic between the client and the exit runs through a bank-grade encrypted tunnel end to end, with keys negotiated when the connection is established and never written to disk. On the service side, VPNQF records account status and data usage, not which sites you visit, and DNS queries are not stored. Turn the connection on over public Wi-Fi and other devices on the same LAN cannot read what you send; if you need tighter isolation, you can route only selected apps through the accelerated tunnel and leave everything else on your local connection, without taking over the whole machine.

03

Multiple devices online at once, no limit

There is no cap on how many devices can be online on one account at the same time — phone, tablet, laptop and desktop can all stay connected, with no second subscription needed for one more device. Clients are available for all five platforms: Windows / macOS / iOS / Android / Linux. Import the subscription link in any client to pull the same route list; when you change devices there is nothing to buy again — sign in, re-import the subscription, and the existing plan and remaining data carry over.

04

AI tools, direct connection

Tools like ChatGPT, Claude, Gemini and Midjourney are more sensitive to connection quality than ordinary web pages: a signed-in session depends on a long-lived connection, so a drop means signing in again, and image jobs can fail in the queue. VPNQF keeps exits in commonly used regions for AI tools and holds the connection open once it is established, reducing mid-session reconnects. If one region slows down, switch to another route in the client's region list — no need to re-import the subscription, and the signed-in session is not lost.

05

Streaming region detection

Netflix, Disney+, YouTube and HBO Max carry different libraries in different regions, and whether a title plays depends on which region the exit IP is recognised as. The route table notes which streaming services each route supports, so pick the exit for the library you want; 4K playback depends on sustained bandwidth rather than peak speed, and dedicated-line exits jitter less at peak hours, so there are fewer buffering pauses. If a proxy-detection warning appears, switching to a backup route in the same region usually clears it.

06

Refund guarantee

A no-questions-asked refund can be requested within 60 days of the first payment — no reason needed, and no minimum number of days of use. Sign-up takes only a username and password, with no email address required, so trying the service costs almost nothing: run a monthly plan for a while, confirm that peak hours and the sites you use most behave as expected, then decide whether to stay. Payment goes through Alipay, WeChat or USDT, and refunds return along the original payment path.

60days

The differences between similar services usually show up not on the marketing page but in three things: whether exits are exclusive, whether simultaneous devices are genuinely unlimited, and whether the refund terms are written clearly. VPNQF puts all three on the subscription page and the terms page, with numbers that match the rest of the site; route counts and country coverage are listed by region rather than propped up with vague wording.

//Routes and regions

Start with six route samples

The full route list, grouped by region, lives on the nodes page; here are seven samples with route type and streaming support alongside. Latency and load are left out of the table: those numbers change with your local network and the time of day, and printing them would mislead.

Pick a route by use case first, region second. For Japanese animation or Japanese game servers, the Tokyo exit has the shortest round trip; for a US library, the Los Angeles dedicated line gives steadier region detection; for Southeast Asian business or Singapore-local services, a direct route lands closer to the local network. The client recommends an exit by use case by default, and you can switch manually in the region list — no re-import needed, and signed-in sessions stay as they are.

Route type determines the path, not the speed ceiling. IEPL dedicated lines run on exclusive channels with the least jitter at peak hours, which suits long always-on sessions; relay routes forward once at an intermediate node, covering more ground and suiting less common regions; direct routes take the shortest path, which suits one-off requests where latency matters. All three types work under one subscription — no separate payment for any of them.

//Plans and data packs

Three monthly plans, chosen by data

Monthly plans come in three data tiers, with price and capacity matched one to one; data packs are sold separately, last until used up, and never expire. Monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date, and mid-cycle upgrades are prorated by the remaining days, with no new order required.

The 60GB tier suits a single device used mainly for web pages and documents, with the occasional show. The 250GB tier covers most two-person households: a TV streaming 4K, a computer for work, a phone always in the background, and usually something left over at month end. The 500GB tier is for heavy multi-device use, such as running downloads while on a video call. The only difference between tiers is data — routes, device count and refund terms are identical, and upgrading needs no new client.

Data packs

Use until they run out — never expire, and not cleared with the monthly plan cycle
300GB ¥158 One-time purchase, use until it runs out
1000GB ¥358 One-time purchase, use until it runs out
3000GB ¥658 One-time purchase, use until it runs out

Data packs suit seasonal needs: a business trip, the start of a study-abroad term, a one-off batch of assets to move. Buy once and leave it there; nothing is consumed while unused, and it does not lapse when a subscription ends. A monthly plan and a data pack can coexist: the client draws on the current month's plan data first and falls back to the pack after that. Payment goes through Alipay, WeChat and USDT; sign-up needs only a username and password, with no email address required, and once activated the subscription link imports into the client, with all five platforms sharing the same route list.

//FAQ

Five questions, answered one by one

Refunds, device count, payment methods, sign-up requirements and data validity are the five things people ask about most before subscribing. The answers give the numbers first, then how to do it.

How do I request a refund

60-day no-questions-asked refund: submit a ticket within 60 days of the first payment with your order number — no reason needed, and no minimum number of days of use.

Refunds go back along the original payment path — Alipay, WeChat and USDT each return the way they came. Once submitted, the order status is updated in the ticket; there is no need to submit twice.

How many devices can I use at once

No limit. Phones, tablets, laptops and desktops can be online at the same time, and clients on all five platforms share one subscription — no separate purchase per device.

Import the subscription link in any client to pull the same route list; when you change devices, sign in and re-import, and your plan and remaining data are unaffected.

Which payment methods are supported

Alipay, WeChat and USDT. All three monthly plans and all three data packs accept these three methods, and the subscription activates automatically after payment — no manual review queue.

Do I need an email to sign up

No. A username and password are enough — no email address, so there is no verification mail that fails to arrive and no recovery flow that dead-ends.

Keep your account details safe; the subscription link carries a token, and anyone who obtains it can pull your route list. If something looks wrong, reset it in the dashboard.

Do data packs expire

No. Data packs last until used up and never expire; they are not cleared with the monthly plan cycle, while monthly plan data resets each month on your activation date.

When both exist, the client uses the current month's plan data first and draws on the data pack after that.
